Many SMEs reach a stage where their ideas, operations, and people have outgrown their systems — work happens, but it lives in people's heads rather than in clear, documented processes.
Veridian was created to close that gap: turning informal know-how into well-structured, audit-ready documentation that helps businesses operate consistently, manage risk, and meet recognised quality standards.
To give growing businesses the structure, processes, and quality systems they need to scale without the growing pains — turning the way you work into clear, documented systems that run the same with or without you in the room.
A world where every small business operates with the clarity, consistency, and confidence of a market leader.
Founder — Veridian Management Services
Olaide Sami brings over 14 years of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of business operations within the Facility Management industry.
Her career began as Executive Assistant to the CEO, giving her rare exposure to leadership and the core of facility management. She rose through business development, procurement, facility management for major clients including an aviation firm, General Electric, and Procter & Gamble — earning Best Manager award two years running.
Her defining expertise was forged when her organisation set out to implement ISO 9001. Selected to work directly alongside implementing consultants, she mastered documented information and became a capable ISO 9001 implementer, maintaining the quality management system internally for nine years.
Having built, documented, and run the very systems that growing businesses struggle with, Olaide brings the perspective of someone who has sat in your seat.
We are not a generalist consultancy. We do one thing exceptionally well: bringing structure to growing businesses.
